GENERAL !!
Before commissioning my services, please read the following terms! By pressing "Accept terms to start request" you've acknowledged and agreed to follow my terms of service.
✧ Have an idea of the pose and expression you want, or at least a description of what your character represents so I can assign one please! If you are unsure, I will present you with options I find fit for your character that you can choose from. Please note that I do NOT make pose changes after the sketch is approved and finished.
✧ Provide references for the following commission as you see fit. The more the better! You are required to provide me with at least 2 reference images for your character, for me to accurately redraw them.
✧ if i miss anything, or if you're unsatisfied about something- do not hesitate to notify me about it.
✧ I will not draw any nsfw or sensitive content.PAYMENT !!
✧ I expect 50% of your payment upfront, and the rest given after the commission is fully complete. I will not continue working on your commission if payment isn't received.
✧ Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the entire illustration.
✧ Only if absolutely necessary, additional charges will apply to extra revisions requested outside of the 4 already provided to you. ( prices may vary depending on how drastic the requested change is. )REVISIONS !!
✧ You are given 1 major change and 3 small changes. You can only request 1 major change BEFORE I start rendering and 3 small changes must be BEFORE I am done rendering, otherwise you will be charged extra depending on how drastic the requested change is.
✧ Unlimited revisions are allowed while I am still drafting/sketching, though I have the right to start limiting you if revisions get excessive (more than 10, regardless of how major/small).
✧ Composition, pose, character changes are considered a major change. Small detailing, coloring adjustments are considered small changes.
✧ I will frequently check in with you to make sure you're satisfied with the current product; if no reply is given within 2 days, I will continue working on your commission without any changes for the final delivery.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY !!
✧ Depending on each commission, waiting time will vary. I cannot provide an accurate ETA, but if I had to, I would say I usually finish commissions after 1-4 weeks ( depending on the complexity. )
✧ To ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first. (first come first serve)
✧ I try to finish your commission as fast as I can, but due to factors such as my irl priorities, detailing and polishing your product, and potentially other clients' commissions I'm working on, your commission delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding <3
✧ If you've filled in the "hard deadline" form, you will be added to my priority list. I'll do my best to finish the commission at least 2 days before the provided date. No matter how close this deadline is to when you commissioned me, you will be charged a 20% fee.USAGE OF ART !!
✧ You are free to use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation as long as credits are given; please do not use for commercial purposes without my permission though!
✧ You are strictly prohibited from reselling, editing, tracing, or claiming my art as your own.
✧ AI/NFT use is also strictly prohibited. None of my work may be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS !!
✧ I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for portfolios, promotions, and future projects.
✧ If NDA has been purchased, I will not share your commission with any third parties.
✧ I ( Isabellechills ) must be credited when your commission is displayed publicly.REFUNDS !!
✧ Refunds are only accepted before the draft/sketch is approved. No refunds will be provided if you have already paid for your request.
✧ I will refund you in the condition which I am unable to start your commission within 2 weeks or am unable to finish your commission within 2 months.COMMUNICATION !!
✧ I value you, the clients opinion on the art you've commissioned me for. Please let me know if there's anything you aren't satisfied about, I don't bite<3
✧ You can communicate with me via Vgen or discord, though please note that I am unfamiliar with Vgens messaging system at the moment.
✧ I will reach out myself and communicate to you about the progress I've made, and when payment is due! You can expect me to contact you about these things as the artist.If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to let me know!
